Story
This July, we’re taking on the Walk for Endo 2026 challenge, walking 9,000 steps every single day to raise awareness and funds for endometriosis. Why 9,000 steps? Because, on average, it takes 9 years for someone in the UK to be diagnosed with this chronic and debilitating illness.
For Erika, the journey was even longer. She first went to the doctors at just 15 years old, but it wasn’t until she was 29 that there was finally an official diagnosis. That’s 14 years of pain, confusion, and feeling unheard. Endometriosis affects 1 in 10 women and those assigned female at birth, yet it remains one of the most underfunded and misunderstood conditions.
Your donation, no matter how big or small, will make a difference. It will help fund research, raise awareness, and provide support for those living with endometriosis. Together, we can create a future where no one has to wait years for a diagnosis or suffer in silence.
Thank you for taking the time to read my story and for supporting this cause that means so much to me.
Let’s walk together for change.
