This TDOV, National Grid's Pride ERG is hosting an internal Talent Show to celebrate employees' talents and raise funds for The GenderCool Project, a nonprofit changing misinformed opinions about trans & nonbinary people via positive youth advocacy.

Story

The GenderCool Project is a youth-led movement bringing positive change to the world with our Champions, transgender and nonbinary young people between the ages of 12-18.

The Champions are replacing misinformed opinions with positive experiences meeting transgender and nonbinary youth who are thriving.
