🏁 Sky-Mortgages Takes on the Dragon Boat Race for Gympanzees! 🐉

Tim and I are joining Sky mortgages team and are thrilled to be paddling for a purpose in this year’s Dragon Boat Race, proudly supporting Gympanzees in their mission to open the UK’s first fully accessible exercise, play, and social centre for disabled children and young people at their site in Aust.

Somewhere we will definitely be making good use of and know after visiting many of their pop ups how much joy it will bring to Tomas and all of the other children and families who will benefit hugely from this incredible centre. So excited for the finished article!

Gympanzees is a lifeline for families, offering:

A Lending Library with over 120 pieces of specialist equipment

Hundreds of digital resources

Temporary Pop-Up facilities that bring joy and movement to children across the region

Their goal? A permanent home where every child, regardless of ability, can play, exercise, and make friends in a safe and inclusive environment.

We’re aiming to raise as much as we can—hopefully without falling in while getting into the boat! 😄
