On April 12th, We are doing a skydive in support of Isabel Hospice, to help them continue to deliver their vital palliative care services to anyone in eastern Hertfordshire who needs them.

Their palliative care and support services are done through their Hospice at Home Team, In-Patient Unit, Community Team, Living Well with Isabel programme, and their Family and Bereavement support service.

Isabel Hospice supported Norman Kimm, throughout his end-of-life care at Welwyn Garden and when he returned home. Any money that could be given in memory of my grandad and to continue to support Isabel Hospice would be greatly appreciated
