Devastatingly, on the 2nd of October 2024 we suddenly lost our beautiful girl, Maisie, due to acute liver failure. Maisie’s mum and dad Kathryn and Stuart bravely set up Maisie Moo’s Mission’s to raise the profile of organ and blood donation and do other wonderful things in Maisie’s honour.

Maisie was truly one of a kind, she was incredibly funny, she lit up every room she walked into and we have some absolutely hilarious memories. She was my bestfriend but she was so much more than that: she was my family. Through the unbearable process of loosing Moo, like many other people, my friend Lexi was a big support and picked me up from some really tough moments and now, once again, she is here to support me in the challenge i am about to undertake.

For Maisie, Lexi and I will run 5k a day for 14 days starting the 28th of March and finishing the 10th of April in our local area. Lexi and I are far from runners but for Maisie we have taken on the challenge because we know it is for a cause that is worth it! Maisie will be with us every step of the way most definitely laughing her head off in true Maisie style.
