I have a very good friend who will be having a baby soon who has been diagnosed with a single ventricle heart condition.

My friend has received such good support from Little Hearts Matter I thought I would do what I can to help raise some money and awareness for this wonderful charity by walking up a big hill and prodding everyone I know to sponsor me for it!
