Hi everyone! We, as a family, have decided to run for the British Heart Foundation in honour of our amazing dad/husband Robert Wong 💙

For those of you who don't know, Robert passed away in June 2022 unexpectedly of a cardiac arrest. He was only 41. The heartbreak we experienced was immense, and this time remains the hardest of our lives. It is something we wish for no other families to suffer from, however, we are aware of how common this does occur.

The BHF is an amazing organisation that funds medical research concerning heart and circulatory problems, finding treatments and preventatives. At the time, the BHF unfortunately couldn't help us, but hopefully, they'll be able to help other families and people suffering.

We would appreciate any donations sent our way and any shares of our story too! My family and I are not huge runners and any support would be so appreciated, and motivate us for our training too 🙈
