For eight years, I worked on a production line where talking was a distraction.

​13 months ago, I traded components for connection as the Lifestyle & Wellbeing Coordinator at Ivy Gate Lodge nursing home. This role changed me—it’s brought me out of my shell 🐚 and showed me just how vital local care really is 🙌

The Challenge:

On Saturday 18th April, I’m doing the unthinkable! I’m diving into a tank of sharks at The Blue Planet Aquarium! 🌊🦈

The Cause:

Our neighbours at Queenscourt Hospice (less than a mile from our front door!) are making an urgent fund appeal. As they are a pillar of the community in Southport, providing dignity and specialist care when families need it most, I’m stepping out of my comfort zone because Queenscourt is worth the "weight"! 🥇
