In October 2026 I will be running the Royal Parks half marathon in London for the Medway Hospital Charity.

As a physiotherapist at Medway, I’ve seen how the funding has helped provide essential equipment across the hospital, including in our own physiotherapy department, supporting patients through recovery after illness, injury, and surgery.
