I will be running the my 1st Half Marathon to raise money for City Hospice, Cardiff. This Hospice team cares for patients across the area with diagnoses such as Cancer, Dementia, Motor Neurone Disease (MND), or other life-limiting illnesses. 

City Hospice is the only provider of home-based specialist palliative care in the capital. Their services are provided free of charge, meaning the charity needs to raise more than £3 million each year to ensure they can keep sending their nurses out into the local community.
