Story
I’m lacing up my running shoes and taking on The Great West Run – all 21.1kms of it! And no, I’ve never run a half marathon before… so this is going to be a serious challenge. But I’m doing it for a cause that’s very close to my heart: The Kids Network.
TKN is an incredible charity that supports children in London aged 8-11 by matching them with a mentor for a year—someone who listens, encourages, and helps build their confidence, resilience, and happiness. I know firsthand just how much of a difference this makes because I’ve been a mentor myself. I’ve seen the impact of these one-to-one relationships, and I want more children to have that opportunity.
I’m aiming to raise £500, which will help fund mentoring for more kids who need support at a crucial stage in their lives. Every pound you donate goes towards giving a child someone to champion them, to believe in them, and to help them thrive.
So please, whether it’s the cost of your morning coffee or a big generous boost, every donation makes a difference. And I promise—I’ll be sweating, pushing through those miles, and thinking of every single one of you cheering me on.
💙 Let’s help more little Londoners get the support they deserve. Donate today!
