As many of you will know my Godson Noah experienced a life changing Motocross accident aged just 16, breaking his back and facing the world without the use of his legs. This has by no means stopped him!

The physical transformation from the first few months after the accident to the strong and powerful athlete he is today is truly amazing; so much so it has inspired me to run The London Marathon, in support of the initiative that helped him so much.

Noahs journey has been immeasurably assisted by The Matt Hampson Foundation. The physical attributes are easily seen (the guys absolutely shredded!) but the mental benefits cannot be underestimated.
