Story
Coram is the UK children’s charity that has been supporting vulnerable children for over 280 years, and is still finding new ways to help them. We now help about 1.4 million children and young people every year.
Ten years ago in 2016, Scottish actor, musician, singer, and philanthropist Peter Capaldi (Doctor Who, Criminal Record, The Devil's Hour) became a celebrity patron to Coram, the UK's first dedicated charity for children. Since that time, he has supported the charity's work through various activities such as attending special events or creating promotional videos. In 2017, he became the official host of "Voices," a youth writing competition, held annually by Coram Voice.
To celebrate Peter's 68th birthday, I am once again raising vital funds for Coram, a charity he cares deeply for. Please donate what you can or spreading the word on social media platforms always helps.
By donating today:
£25 could provide a child with five sessions of life-changing reading support
£50 could help keep a young person safe when Coram make a safeguarding alert
Thank you for choosing to support Coram!
