While fundraising over the last few years I have met and lost some incredible people. I often get stopped and asked about Jasmine, and how her family and friends are. I also get told heart wrenching stories of other people's loved ones who have also been floored by this indiscriminate cancer. It really is true that far more people are impacted by brain tumours than we realise.

I am determined to help support Brain Tumour Research find a cure, so am teaming up with some of my 'Trek Sahara' buddies, to canoe 100km across Scotland, travelling through rivers and lochs, wild camping along the way! I honestly cant remember the last time I was in a canoe, but hey, I'd never walked across a desert before heading out to the Sahara either...how hard can it be? 😬
