Story

Child abuse leaves lasting scars, but with timely intervention and compassionate support, healing is possible.

Harmony for Humanity is proud to present a musical concert featuring outstanding young musicians from the Puget Sound, dedicated to benefiting the Child Abuse Intervention Department at Mary Bridge Children's Hospital. The founder of this fundraiser is Zoe Chao, a cellist with the Tacoma Youth Symphony and a junior at Bellarmine Preparatory School. Zoe is also a volunteer at Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital on the inpatient unit. This special event, taking place on June 1, 2026, aims to ensure that children and families in crisis receive the highest level of care. The talented performers will include members of the Tacoma Youth Symphony Association, Tacoma Youth Chorus, the Bellarmine music department, the cello choir, and local high school rock bands.

Your generous donation will help fund essential medical evaluations, advocacy, counseling resources, and coordinated care that protects vulnerable children and guides families toward safety and recovery. By contributing to this cause, you join a community committed to protecting children and restoring dignity and comfort during unimaginable hardship.

Let us come together in harmony to build hope for those who need it most. Your support truly changes lives.

Tickets will be available at the door with a suggested donation of $10 per ticket. If you are interested in becoming an event sponsor or have questions, please send an email to: harmonyforhumanity2026@gmail.com
