In the face of the growing humanitarian crisis in Gaza Carolyn (@yogawithcarolyn)and Zoie (@Zoie_Sings , @bristolsingingmamas) decided to join forces to deliver a nourishing mindful movement and song session to bring people together and raise funds to help with the incredible humanitarian efforts on the ground.

Médecins Sans Frontières / Doctors Without Borders is the world's leading medical humanitarian aid organisation and the need for surgical care in crisis zones like Gaza has never been higher.

MSF provide emergency assistance to people affected by armed conflict, epidemics and natural or man-made disasters, without discrimination and irrespective of race, religion, gender or political affiliation. They go to the places where others cannot or choose not to go.

This also felt very important to us- to find an independent organisation offering aid to ALL who need it. We want this session and everyone’s involvement in it to feel like it is bringing us all into a moment of harmony in heart, body and mind.
