I am once again running the Cardiff Half Marathon on Sunday 5th October in honour of my wonderful mam who has been kicking cancers ass since last year, and want to give back as much as I can to the wonderful City Hospice who have taken such good care of her and helped through everything.

I have no set goal in mind as any donations would be greatly appreciated and going to an amazing cause regardless, but if this does get enough interest then I will shave my head for the run as well.. so please share this and help me raise as much as possible as a massive thank you for their continuous support and for my incredible mam who I will be thinking of the entire way <3
