The Shooting Star Cancer Unit at Wrexham Maelor has been such a special part of my life – they’ve cared for my Dad over 25 years, and I’m so grateful for everything they do for families like ours.

On Sunday 8th March I ran the Chester 10k (my first ever run longer than 5k!) and the very next day, I somehow convinced Harri, our greenkeeper, to join me in training for a half marathon this May! Neither of us are runners, but we’re putting in the training and giving it our all to make it round.

Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help support this incredible charity and the families it cares for.
