10km, Sprint Triathlon and 2 Mile sea swim

The Brain Tumour Charity is the world’s leading brain tumour charity and the largest dedicated funder of research into brain tumours globally. Committed to saving and improving lives, we’re moving further, faster to help every single person affected by a brain tumour. A cure really can’t wait

Story

In 2014 our son Bobby died from a Medullablastoma just before his 6th birthday. This year he would be turning 18. To mark this milestone, I shall be taking on 3 challenges along with some of my lovely friends who have signed up to keep me company.

My 3 challenges are;

London Winter 10km on 15th February

Blenheim Sprint Triathlon on 7th June

and probably the biggest challenge is the 2 mile Burgh Island Open Water swim on 27th June ( I am not a swimmer!)

On the run, I have the company of Alice, for the Triathlon, the company of Katie and for the swim I am being joined by Hettie, Emma, Rima and Mary.

Over the last 11 years my family and I have raised money for The Brain Tumour Charity and the Oxford Children's Hospital where Bobby was treated and we will continue to raise money into the future. I hope you can support us.
