I am taking part in the Run-Leicester half marathon to raise money for the National Deaf Children's Society. NDCS exists to ensure that families, schools, professionals and the public understand more about how to support young people who are deaf or have a hearing disability to lead a fantastic life.

As a deaf person myself with a right-side Microtia, I know that barriers to personal success can be overcome and want to help others to do the same.
