In April 2026, I will be running in the London Landmarks Half Marathon for a a special cause that is close to mine and my families heart.

This will be emotional but I'll be doing this run in memory of my Nan, Paula Vass and Grandad, John Vass. We first lost my Nan in May 2023 after her long battle with cancer and in July 2025 we lost my Grandad to MND. Both were such amazing people and the best grandparents anyone could ask for!

Seeing them struggle in their final stages was really tough to see and something that no one ever deserves to go through, however me and my family will forever be grateful for the care and support that Isabel Hospice gave to them both in their final stages to make them feel comfortable and as at ease as they could be.
