Harry's Lords 100 for Alzheimer's Society

Harry Derham is raising money for Alzheimer's Society

Your Hundred at Lord's · 28 September 2026 · Start fundraising for this event

At Alzheimer’s Society we’re working towards a world where dementia no longer devastates lives. We do this by giving help to those living with dementia today, and providing hope for the future by campaigning to make dementia the priority it should be and funding groundbreaking research.

Story

On Monday 28th September I’ll be doing a 100 laps of Lord’s Cricket Ground to raise money for Alzheimer’s Society.

I’m doing this for my Grandma, Margaret. I have very fond memories of childhood with her, and Lord’s is a place I love - so it feels right to do this walk somewhere special for someone who has been such a big part of my life.

The challenge arranged by Sport United Against Dementia (SUAD) is a unique opportunity to step onto the historic Lord’s pitch and complete 100 walking laps of the outfield, approximately 50km in a single day.

Alzheimer’s Society fund the vital research needed to find new treatments and one day a cure. They also support families going through all the challenges associated with the illness.

If you’re able to donate or share this page, I would be most grateful.
