I have been inspired by my twin brother, Thomas, who ran the Manchester 10K for the first time last year. I was there to watch and support him and decided I want to do it this year.

I am going to raise money for our Support Group, Down's Syndrome Manchester which we have both been a part of since we were toddlers. As well as supporting new families and youngsters through pre-school group and Chatterbox DS Manchester also arrange great social opportunities for all age groups. Our favourite evening was going to NQ studios which is where Aitch the rapper records his music, other fun nights we've had with our friends include bowling, a karaoke night, Forever Manchester Awards evening, electric shuffleboard and cooking experiences.
