I'm lacing up my trainers and taking on Run for Dementia. I will be running 80Km over the month of July alongside Evan and Lloyd . All our families have been impacted by dementia so when we decided to take on a new challenge we thought it would be good to raise some money for a good cause whilst challenging ourselves. 900,000 people are currently living with dementia across the UK.
