Story
Thank you so much for visiting my JustGiving page.
On Tuesday, 27th May, I’m taking on a huge personal challenge: running and walking from Bristol to London over 4 days covering around 60km (marathon and a half per day) through the countryside, along trails, and through small villages. I’ll be averaging around 10-12 hours per day, depending on how my body holds up!
This journey isn’t just about pushing my limits, it’s about raising awareness and support for a cause that’s incredibly close to my heart. The OddBalls Foundation is the UK's leading charity raising awareness of Testicular Cancer. Testicular Cancer is the most prominent cancer in men aged 15-49, with around 2,400 new cases in the UK every year, that's more than 6 every day. However, if detected early, Testicular Cancer is one of the most curable cancers. Every step I take will be in honour of this amazing charity, and I’d be so grateful for your support.
Whether you can donate, share the page, or simply cheer me on, your kindness means the worlds...I’ll need it!
I'm aiming to finish in Parsons Green on Friday, 30th May, around 7:00–7:30 pm (ish!) hopefully! If anyone would like to join me to cheer me over the finish line and grab a drink afterwards, I’d absolutely love that.
I’ll be posting updates on my social media throughout the journey, so if you're up for a funny and emotional watch, be my guest!
Thank you again for being part of this journey.
Harry
