For 2022/23 TMWF has announced a major project, The Malcom Whales Lakeside Retreat. This was completed and the doors have been open since the beginning of the year. The lodge provides free respite breaks for families and individuals affected by cancer. The lodge is situated at Rookery Waters which is set in the Cambridgeshire countryside.

The Dorset Walk is a annual event that involves walking 40 miles along the challenging terrain of the Jurassic Coast. The walk starts along the seafront at Weymouth on Friday and finishes at Studland Beach on Sunday.
The Dorset walk started in 2009 with 30 students and staff from Ely College. It was going to be a one off.
However, what we stumbled on was something quite special. Over a 15 years later and thousands of participants later. It has become an annual event that introduces and impacts on hundreds people each year.
The Malcolm Whales Foundation is a fundraising cancer charity in memory of Malcolm Whales.
Following his death in 2008, to honor Malcolm’s memory, Damien his son set out to create a legacy in his name.
