Hello there, for all those who don’t know, my name is Harry and this September I am on a mission to run 175km in the Netherlands from the Johan Cruijff Arena in Amsterdam, home of Ajax football club all the way to the Philips stadium in Eindhoven! Taking in all the cities and sights on an adventure around this beautiful country!

As someone who received an adult diagnosis of adhd, I wish to raise money for ADHD UK who are a non profit organisation here in the UK working hard to research the neurodivergent condition and to support those in need, where diagnosis at a young age can provide significant support and self understanding to those who are currently growing up with ADHD, something which many such as myself didn’t have access to
