This September, I am taking part in Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation's Pedal 300 challenge in hope to raise money and awareness for the devastating disease that is lung cancer.

The aim is to cycle at least 300 miles across the month of September. To start the month off with a bang I will be taking part in the UKCE peaks tour which is a 45 mile bike ride around the Peak District.

Roy Castle Lung Cancer Foundation is the only charity in the UK solely dedicated to supporting people affected by all forms of the disease and leading the charge to improve outcomes so people can live through lung cancer.
