In October 2025, my little sister Poppy (12) was diagnosed with Hodgkin’s Lymphoma.

To support her, me and my girlfriend Becca will be running the Brighton Half Marathon on March 1st and raising money for Latch Wales — an incredible charity supporting children with cancer and the families who care for them.

This run will be a huge challenge for us, but it’s nothing compared to what Poppy is facing with so much strength and bravery.

Latch Wales is based at the Children’s Hospital for Wales in Cardiff, providing vital support exactly where families need it most. They help ease the financial pressures of childhood cancer, offer dedicated social workers so no family feels alone, provide free activities and annual holidays, and even supply free on-site accommodation to help keep families together through the toughest moments.

Every donation, no matter the size, makes a real difference.
