I am excited (and a little nervous!) to share that I will be running the Newport Half Marathon in support of Velindre Cancer Centre, a charity that has been a lifeline for my dad and our family throughout his cancer treatment this year.

Running 13.1 miles will be a significant challenge for me, as I am not an experienced runner, but I am determined to push through and complete the race in under 2 hours. This effort is my way of giving back to Velindre for the outstanding care and support they’ve provided us during such a difficult time.
