Healing Military Minds is a voluntary organisation dedicated to raising funds for Combat Stress, increasing awareness, and supporting personnel facing mental health challenges.

Our next challenge is the Welsh 3000:  the highest 15 peaks in Wales, in 24 hours, covering 50km of walking and almost 4000m total elevation gain.  

Harry, Sam and Dec are going to take on this challenge on the 23rd of August 2025 with a personal goal of completing the challenge in 15 hours or under!
