On May 10th 2025, I will be participating in a 15k tough mudder event. My hope is to raise as much money for Dementia UK.

My Nan was diagnosed with Dementia 3 years ago, and although she is still with us, we have witnessed what a cruel disease Dementia is.

So I will be doing this as a sign of my love and respect for my Nan, but also to help raise awareness of Dementia for all families it affects on a daily basis.

I would like to personally thank you for whatever donation you can contribute, it will go a long way in the research and hopefully one day a cure.
