Here we go again! This is our 3rd year as a team taking on another tough mudder! We want to raise more money then we ever have before for this years event. Headway Thames Valley is a charity based in Henley-on-Thames helping people to live life after brain injury in Berkshire and South Oxfordshire.

There are many possible causes of brain injury, including a fall, a road accident, tumour, stroke, cardiac arrest, complications during operations and more.

A brain injury can challenge every aspect of your life – the way you walk, talk, think and feel.

All the activities and support we offer aim to help people to regain lost skills, learn something new and to build confidence and independence.
