Hello Everybody,

As you may all know our very own Welsh warrior Dave Beddis is going through a tough time recently and I couldn't imagine what he is feeling like right now.

Therefore to show my support for him, and to help the most I possibly can I will be partaking in a half marathon on July 20th 2024.

Dave has requested for the money to go to the George Eliot Stroke Ward, with the fantastic care he has received.
