Harry’s Charity football game for BTF

Keeley Fitzgerald is raising money for British Thyroid Foundation

Charity Football Game · 20 September 2025

The British Thyroid Foundation provides information and support to help people better understand and manage their thyroid condition. We also fund and support vital research to improve treatments and outcomes for thyroid patients both now and in the future.

Story

At 11 days old we received a phone call from the hospital to tell us that we needed to urgently get to the hospital as something had been picked up on Harry’s heel prick test. When we arrived we were told that Harry had hypothyroidism after many tests we found out that Harry would be on medication for life.

In recognition of this we would like to raise money on the weekend of his first birthday for British Thyroid Foundation.
