We are Fundraising for our therapeutic activity lodge Initiative aiming to raise £10,000

This initiative aims to support individuals recovering from mental health crises and experiencing acute challenges.

Our Initiative: We are excited to launch a project to build a therapeutic lodge.

An inviting space designed to facilitate mental health and therapeutic activities in a calm and nurturing environment.

Our Vision: We believe that healing extends beyond clinical care. A safe space for reflection and connection is essential for recovery.

How: Staff and service users will be taking on a number of challenges to raise funds such as 100,000 steps challenge in fancy dress in a 12-hour period, bake sales, sponsored walk/run, Rags to Richie's sale and more!

The Impact: The therapeutic lodge will serve as a vital resource for many individuals, offering a tranquil setting for recovery-focused activities. It will be integral to their journey toward long-term mental wellness, fostering holistic care within a supportive community.

About us: Harry Salt House is an intensive recovery support service, operating 24/7 as part of Coventry and Warwickshire Mind. We focus on empowering individuals facing acute mental health challenges, guiding them through a person-centred recovery journey. With 14 beds available, we provide both long-term independent living and community outreach, ensuring our services meet diverse needs, from practical skills to emotional resilience. Seven of our beds are dedicated to those in crisis, offering the least restrictive options for support.

Goals:

· Create an outdoor area for group therapy, mindfulness, art therapy, and nature-based activities.

· Establish the therapeutic lodge as a sanctuary for participants to regain strength, confidence, and hope.

· Reduce hospital admissions for high-intensity service users, facing social stressors.

· Lower public healthcare costs by offering alternative, effective treatments.

· Educate individuals about community resources and self-management techniques.

Why we need your support: To create this vision, we seek sponsorship and financial contributions to fund:

· Ensuring the Summer House is equipped, comfortable, and accessible.

· Therapeutic resources: Providing art supplies and materials for mental health workshops.
