The Hartford Care Team is back and ready to take on the Southampton Running Festival 10 km on Sunday, 31st August 2025 at 10 am!

We’ll be running through the beautiful Southampton Common, a stunning green space filled with woodland, wetlands, and wildlife, all while raising money for a cause close to our hearts: the Matt Hampson Foundation.

This incredible charity supports and inspires young people who have been seriously injured through sport, helping them to rebuild their lives through physiotherapy, mentoring, and expert care.
