In April 2026, I will be taking on my first half-marathon for a special cause that is personal to me.

Bliss is a charity dedicated to supporting babies born premature or sick and their families. The organisation offers a range of services, including providing emotional support, advocacy, and guidance to parents. The charity has supported countless babies by raising awareness about the challenges faced by premature babies. Through its work, Bliss supports families in navigating the neonatal care journey and works to create lasting improvements in neonatal care standards across the country.

The cause is personal to me; I was a premature baby and faced many struggles in the first few weeks of my life, living with incubator support. Bliss made sure my family did not feel alone and eased the stress of having a poorly baby. I thank Bliss for helping me become the man I am today. Now it is my turn to repay them
