The Safety Yogis are taking part in the 30 days of yoga challenge for Mind. In November each of us will practice yoga daily.
1 in 4 of us will experience a mental health problem this year. We Safety Yogis not only want a safe and healthy workplace, we want to ensure people are mentally healthy too!
Yoga offers a wide range of benefits, not only for physical health but also for mental wellbeing. Through this challenge, we aim to shine a light on mental health in our workplace and promote positive, proactive ways to support it.
