In September last year one of our close family friends, Dr Mohammad Zafar Equabal sadly passed away. During his final days, Ellenor Hospice provided incredible care, comfort and dignity for both him and his family.

I am running the London Landmarks Half Marathon in his memory, and as a small way of saying thank you to Ellenor for the compassion and support they give to so many individuals and their loved ones, at the hardest point in their lives.
