Shaving My Hair - Round 2

The Royal Medical Benevolent Fund is the leading UK charity for doctors, medical students and their families. The RMBF provides financial support, money advice and information when it is most needed due to age, ill health, disability or bereavement.

Story

In 2020, I was diagnosed with a brain tumour and underwent surgery. In 2023, I needed a second operation—just before it, I raised over £4,000 by shaving off my man bun. A huge thank you to everyone who donated!

Now, I’ve been told I need a third—and more aggressive—operation on 10th June 2025. Since the last surgery, I’ve grown the man bun back… and yes, it’s coming off again. Please donate whatever you can!

EXTRA INCENTIVE: The person (or team) who makes the largest donation gets to actually cut my hair into ANY hairstyle on 3rd June which I will fashion for 72 hours before the final shave. Last time, I ended up looking like Bill Bailey! (Photos in the gallery...)

This is a light-hearted way to face a tough situation and raise funds for the Royal Medical Benevolent Fund (RMBF)—a brilliant charity supporting doctors and their families during hard times.
