Story
Every two hours, a man in the UK takes his own life.
It’s the single biggest killer of men under 50.. more than cancer, heart disease, or any accident.
But it receives nowhere near the same level of funding or attention.
Too many are suffering in silence.
To kick off Men’s Mental Health Week, I’m raising awareness and as much funds as possible by attempting a 100-kilometre ultramarathon on the SkiErg, alongside a small man team, within the incredible community down at Urban Reform Gym, and potentially setting a new British record.
We’re pushing ourselves to the edge for the ones who feel like they’re already there.
This is for CALM – Campaign Against Living Miserably.
They run a 24/7 helpline for anyone struggling to see a way out.
Just £12.20 funds one call!
One chance to say “I’m not okay” and have someone there to listen.
If you’ve lost someone, if you’ve felt that struggle yourself, or if you just want to be part of something that could genuinely save lives
Any donation, share, or show of support means the world.
