The challenge is a daily hour-long cross-trainer session must be completed every day for 365 days, regardless of the location and time.

Each day a photo will be taken and time stamped as proof of completing the daily challenge. This will conclude on the 31st December when I will complete a 6-hour non-stop session.

DEBRA is the national charity supporting those directly affected by, and working with, Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a potentially fatal skin condition that causes constant pain due to unstoppable internal and external blistering. DEBRA provides lifelong care and support to the entire EB community.
