Story
The challenge is a daily hour-long cross-trainer session to be completed every day for 365 days, regardless of where I am in the world.
Each day a photo will be taken and time stamped as proof of completing the daily challenge.
On 29th November 2025 at Sudbury RFC, I will take on a 6-hour non-stop cross-trainer event as part of the overall challenge. Sudbury will be taking on local rivals Colchester and a huge thank you to Sudbury RFC for supporting the cause, as all proceeds of the raffle will be on behalf of DEBRA.
The challenge will officially conclude on 31st December.
DEBRA is the national charity supporting those directly affected by, and working with, Epidermolysis Bullosa (EB) – a potentially fatal skin condition that causes constant pain due to unstoppable internal and external blistering. DEBRA provides lifelong care and support to the entire EB community.
For information as of yesterday (12th August) I have completed 224 days of the challenge, travelled 1,100 miles on the cross trainer and the total time is 13,440 minutes.
