Most of you know how passionate I am about Headway Kent, a charity that supports adults recovering from brain injuries. The work we do is truly life-changing — offering support groups, advice, and a community for survivors and their families right across Kent.

Headway Kent isn’t funded by the NHS and relies entirely on fundraising to continue providing this vital support.

This year, I’m one of the lucky ones to secure a ballot place for the London Marathon, and I’m using this incredible opportunity to raise money and awareness for Headway Kent.
