Story
As many of you already know, I’ve been lucky enough to have been offered a charity place in the 2026 London marathon for Sense.
Sense is a national disability charity that helps children and adults with disabilities to connect with others and be included in the world. The reason I applied to run for Sense is for my niece Leela, who was diagnosed with Autism in 2024, which is a developmental disability. Sense believes that autism is a different way of seeing the world, not an illness to be cured, which I couldn’t agree with more.
I will be organising several events to reach my fundraising goal of £2250, and I would be incredibly grateful if you could share and donate if you are in a position to.
Thank you for helping me reach my London Marathon goal x
