It’s time for a new challenge and my second triathlon in a year, after completing my first one in June 2025. This time Den will also be completing the sprint plus triathlon 800m swim 40km bike and 8km run on Saturday 6th June at Chantilly castle.

We will be raising money for Alzheimer’s research UK a charity so close to my heart after loosing Dad to this horrific disease last year. He battled to the very end.Watching such a strong man decline, forget who we were and loose the ability to do so many things and become bed bound unable to communicate and look so very scared is something no child should have to see their parent go through. We lost dad again and again over the 5 plus years we cared for him. I look back now and wonder how we got through some of those days and hope that Dad knew he was loved always.
