The Hospice of the Good Shepherd supports patients in Chester, Cheshire West, Ellesmere Port and Deeside who are facing a life-limiting illness.

Since my diagnosis last year I’ve received the most amazing support from HOGS and their incredible team which I’m so thankful for. They’ve also supported friends family members over the years with such care and kindness. So we want to be able to do something to give just a little bit back, so on Sunday 21st April 2024 myself and friends are participating to raise some money for a fantastic cause.

For those that know me you’ll know I’m certainly no runner, but hoping the distraction of being covered in paint at the same time will help ☺️
