On the 16th March I will be undertaking a solo Hyrox event in Glasgow. This is a physically and mentally tough challenge that will take me beyond my comfort zone, this will be my first event and I have less than ten weeks to be ready.

I am fundraising for Mind in Somerset because I see first hand the incredible support that they offer people across Somerset. I believe that we are all vulnerable to poor mental health and for me, physical exercise is part of staying emotionally and mentally healthy - hence my choice of charity for this event is Mind, Somerset.

Mind ensure that your donation goes a long way to help those in need, 83p in every £ will be directly spent helping someone. If you can spare a few pennies, I know it will make a huge difference.
