I m doing the shine the night 10 k walk in Manchester to raise funds and awareness for cancer research. My oldest brother has bowel cancer which has spread to his lungs and liver and also doing this for him too. This will be a challenge for me as I have physical and mental health difficulties but have set my goal on achieving this.

Am currently attending the gym on a nearly daily basis to improve my fitness and health prior to this challenge.
