Story
Last year, my life changed overnight. At 36, I was the fittest I’d ever been and fully immersed in a life I love as a teacher, mother, and wife, when I was suddenly diagnosed with stage 3 low-grade ovarian cancer, a rare form that urgently needs more awareness and research. The news was shocking, especially after a year spent running, staying active, and proudly supporting my Dad on his walk from Chester to Lichfield.
Now that I have finished chemotherapy, I’m determined to channel something positive from this journey. That’s why I’m taking on the National Three Peaks Challenge in 48 hours to raise awareness and vital funds for the Low-Grade Ovarian Cancer Initiative.
Every donation, no matter the size, will help support research, improve treatment options, and bring hope to those facing this rare cancer.
Thank you for standing with me - together, we can turn a difficult diagnosis into something that brings strength, progress, and hope to others.
